The Trade Republic app offers extended trading hours from 7:30 am to 11 pm, quick mobile and web account opening, convenient search and filter capabilities, a personal timeline, and more. On trading days, derivatives can be exchanged from 8 am to 10 pm.
The Hamburg Stock Exchange monitors the stock price quality of companies and ETFs. If relevant, spreads are connected to the XETRA (Deutsche Börse) reference market. Trade Republic uses cutting-edge technology to gain cost benefits that it then transfers to its consumers in the form of no account fees and no negative interest rates. Trade Republic works with reputable companies like HSBC and solarisBank.
Trade Republic is governed by both the Bundesbank and the BaFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority), and it has a banking license from Germany. Christian Hecker, Thomas Pischke, and Marco Cancellieri launched the business, which has its headquarters in Berlin, in 2015. Sino AG became a strategic investor in Trade Republic in 2017.
The firm was able to obtain 900 million euros in a Series C round of funding in May 2021 as a result of its successful market debut, bringing in Sequoia Capital, Accel, Peter Thiels Founders Fund, Creandum, and Project A.

Your Responsibilities
- Own complete new projects at Trade Republic to engage and develop citizens in line with corporate demands.
- Work together with HRBPs and leaders to launch new initiatives that will support talent management plans related to performance reviews (e.g., growth plans, and employee recognition portfolios).
- Research, design, training development, and facilitation of our internal programs, such as Leadership Development, are all things we jointly own.
- Create 'Train the Trainer programs to train HRBP and leaders to serve as facilitators.
- Create fresh efforts and projects with outside collaborators (coaching, mentoring, evaluations)
- Evaluating performance, setting KPIs, and making improvements
- Manage the onboarding program and process improvements
- Manage the existing cycle products for efficiency and effectiveness gains (e.g., engagement surveys, calibration, performance review, and feedback cycles).
What we are looking for
- 4-5 years of prior experience in a comparable position (learning and development; talent management; organizational development)
- Knowledge of project management
- A high degree of business acumen, experience in a high-growth environment, and the capacity to integrate personal activities with corporate strategy and objectives
- A strong understanding of what is best for the team and the firm in the long run
- Willingness to contribute independently, comfort in making suggestions for important tasks, and motivation to do so
- Motivated by data, able to interpret it into usable actions, and utilize it to create a story
- Excellent team player, attention to detail, and organizational skills
