You will be essential in improving the operational facets of Trilogy's growing portfolio of IT firms. By putting in place reliable systems and procedures, you will concentrate on promoting efficiency, scalability, and cross-company synergies. Utilizing your strategic approach and leadership skills, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to guarantee smooth operations and promote sustainable growth.

The actions you will take
- Scalable operational structures, procedures, and guidelines to guarantee uniformity, effectiveness, and compliance among portfolio firms.
- Coordinating efforts to push cost-saving measures, optimize procedures, and find opportunities for operational improvement with senior leadership and department heads.
- Establishing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and assess operational performance, and giving senior leadership regular reports and analysis in the process.
- Creating high-performing operational teams and fostering a culture that values responsibility, excellence, and continual progress.

- Delegating work all day long. To identify the best solutions, you will actively participate in the data, research, and system design plans.

Essential Conditions
Principal duties of the Head of Strategy
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an MBA or other postgraduate degree with a business concentration is preferred.
- A track record of strategic management and senior leadership in the technology sector, managing operations in a fast-expanding environment.
- Track record of building and putting into practice scalable operational frameworks and procedures to maximize effectiveness.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work productively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- A strategic attitude that enables one to think critically, anticipate difficulties, and provide original solutions to challenging operational problems.
- Proactive, results-driven, and flexible, with a solid capacity for managing numerous tasks at once in a hectic atmosphere.
