You are a champion of the customer experience on the store floor in your capacity as the Technology Sales Area Representative. You have a passion for technology, and you constantly advance your knowledge by exhibiting curiosity, seeking answers, and committing to continued self-development. By imparting your expertise, experiences, and passion regarding the newest technological goods, services, and trends, you assist our customers in achieving their professional and educational objectives. Each day will be busy, demanding, fulfilling, and significant.

Specifically what you will be doing

  • To identify and convert sales opportunities, you will connect, share, and partner with clients. You will also assist customers by exceeding their demands.
  • Keep up with current pricing, signage, planograms, promotional planners, advertising set-ups, and displays, as well as company merchandising guidelines.
  • As required, provide coverage and help across the whole store.
  • By protecting firm assets and physical inventories, you may support asset protection policies and privacy standards.
  • Determine and share your ideas for changes.
  • Stay informed by using different internal communication tools (such as the intranet, mobile apps, and bulletin boards).

  • The client experience and operational quality are crucial components of your job. You will run cash registers, adhere to all loss prevention procedures, and make sure that the allocated departments are clean and up to store standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe atmosphere at all times, maintaining the security of you, your coworkers, and our clients as top priorities.

Additional Details

  • While filling shelves and positioning items, a considerable level of work is needed; nevertheless, there is freedom in deciding when to pause and unwind.
  • Stock pickers and ladders must be used to move freight.
  • While replenishing in accordance with planograms, you will need to exert a reasonable amount of focus, but you can choose when to stop, and it usually doesn't take more than two hours at a time.
  • You will need to exert a considerable amount of physical work and operate machines in order to carry out our merchandising standards in order to maximize our customer experience.
  • In addition, you'll be required to work a range of shifts, including evening and weekend shifts.
