What The Role Is
- We are looking for home care attendants and domestic cleaners to provide domestic support services to our wonderful clients in suburbs like Mornington, Mt Martha, Red Hill, Balnarring, Rosebud, Rye, Blairgowrie, Flinders, Sorrento, and Portsea due to an increase in demand for our in-home care services throughout Mornington Peninsula areas.
- We are searching for someone who would prefer to work part-time, and permanently, but would also consider casual employment. You must be available to work from Monday through Friday and be willing to travel within reason. You would spend 1-2 hours at each house you visited each day (KMs are compensated for permanent staff).
Regular Cleaning Tasks Involve
- Domestic help, such as aid with vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Folding and putting away clothing
- Cleaning and sanitizing the mirrors, showers, toilets, and sinks
- Dusting bookcases and wiping skirting boards are examples of spring cleaning.
- Sweep driveways, steps, and balconies, among other exterior locations
Common home care responsibilities include:
- The following will be included, though, as well:
- Driving customers to appointments and doing small-town tasks
- Helping with dinner preparation and grocery shopping
- Bringing general company and being present for the clients
PERSONS WE ARE SEEKING
- Your compassionate, proactive, and supporting personality are just as crucial for these professions as experience or formal training, which are not prerequisites. Perhaps you have prior expertise in In-home care or have worked in the service industries like hospitality or customer support. What matters most to us is that you exhibit empathy, kindness, and compassion, as well as a sincere desire to assist customers in their homes.

- Experience with cleaning for businesses or homes
- Having a valid driver's license and regular access to a car
- First Aid and CPR certifications that are current (within three years) and current (within one year), or the desire to acquire the NDIS Worker Screening Check or the readiness to earn the Working at Heights certification. The ticket will be well-regarded
- A minimum of 15 hours per week of consistency in availability is required.
